What better way to celebrate and capture your baby turning the big ONE!
A cake smash is always so much fun, and really is the icing on the cake for their 1st Birthday!! Booking in for a cake smash is recommended when your baby is around 9-10 months old, to ensure availability, plan the colours and to order the cake!
We start the session with some portrait shots, this lets your little one warm up to the camera, then its onto the cake smash where they can get stuck into the layers of soft butter cream!

Investment
If you have decided that I'm the photographer for you, your session can be secured with a £50 retainer fee/pre investment; this secures your booking and this is then deducted from your chosen collection at your viewing session.
Following your session, you will be able to access your own private Online Viewing Gallery, which will consist of approximately 15-20 fully edited images from your session. At your viewing, you will be able to choose your favourite images, and select your chosen package and order products if you wish using my online store.
FAQ
Is my deposit deducted from my package?
Yes, the £50 deposit taken at the time of booking is deducted from your package, with the remaining balance due at the time of your session
When should I book in for a cake smash?
To ensure your final images are ready for your little one’s birthday, I advise booking in few months ahead as these sessions are extremely popular. I advise booking 3-4 weeks prior to their actual Birthday. I do sometimes have last minute availability so please do get in touch even if you think you may have left it too late, I will always try to accommodate If possible
Do you provide the cake, outfits & decorations for cake smashes?
Yes, yes and yes! All of my Cake Smash sessions can include a bespoke cake created to your theme made by a local baker.
If your little one has any allergies or dietary requirements, please do tell me at the time of booking.
A balloon garland in your choice of colour or theme is also created and included within your package prices. If balloons are not your thing, I have other themes and designs we can create together - feel free to ask and we can plan something together!
In the studio I have outfits and accessories available for your little ones cake smash, or you are more than welcome to bring your own outfit should you prefer this too
Can we have bath images with our cake smash session?
Included within my packages is also splash time, in my luxury mini roll top bath!! This is a super fun way to clean up after your little one’s session whilst capturing fun images too
How long does it take to view my images?
